Our clients own a small 1 1/2 story Tudor style home built in the 1930's in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. The existing home offers original architectural detailing in the trim & moulding, wood floors, fireplace surround and textured plaster arched openings.The goal of the addition and remodel is to add much needed space for a couple with a growing family.
